This Mayfair residential apartment block interior design project is set in a prestigious late Georgian property in Grosvenor Square. Rebecca Hughes Interiors was commissioned by the board members of this high-end residential building to redevelop and elevate the communal areas. The existing interiors were tired and no longer reflected the calibre of the building or the expectations of its residents.
Our brief was to create a more welcoming, refined and functional environment, including a new entrance lobby with porter’s desk, a communal meeting room, a residents’ lounge and a balcony overlooking the private residents’ courtyard.
